4.3 Step 3 – Project Implementation
4.3.1 Project Coordination
Designated school staff and the project manager / architect (if involved) are
responsible for project coordination, and keeping on schedule and abreast
of construction progress, in accordance with the technical specifications,
construction programme and construction contract.
The parties in charge should also look after items related to approval from
Authorities, school areas affected by construction, strategies for minimising
disturbance to school’s normal operation, and engagement with the school
community throughout the project.
