4.1.3 Engage School Community
It is important to get everyone involved and
committed in the implementation of green school
projects. School boards, principals, teachers,
students, school staff (including maintenance
staff) and parents are key to the success of a
school’s green project. If the larger community
is involved, the project is more likely to enjoy
success and longevity.
Engagement is one of the important aspects for the success of green school
