四大綠建環評鉑金項目
節能減排各擅勝場
Few people are aware that buildings account for 90% of the
Hong Kong’s total electricity consumption. If these buildings
could be made more energy-efficient, Hong Kong would take a
big step closer to becoming a more eco-friendly and sustainable
community. Energy-efficiency, therefore, is a key criterion of
the BEAM Plus assessment scheme. When developers take the
initiative to earn a BEAM Plus Platinum rating, they not only
create an energy-efficient building, but also help to promote
green construction in Hong Kong. To help you understand
more about this important scheme and some of the local
developments that are helping to redefine green construction
in Hong Kong, GreenMAG invites you to visit four BEAM Plus
Platinum projects in the territory. These include Hysan Place
and Holiday Inn Express Hong Kong SoHo which have passed
the Final Assessment, as well as the provisional Platinum-rated
Ex-Yuen Long Estate project and Hong Kong Science Park Phase

持續發展必定事半功倍。因此，在綠建環評
（BEAM Plus）的評核項目中，「節能」
一項的比重最高，而發展商如能積極取得
鉑金佳績，更可大大推動本港綠色建築發展
步伐。《GreenMAG》今期遊遍港九新界，
走訪四個不同範疇的鉑金級出色項目，分
別為獲得最終鉑金級別的希慎廣場及香港
蘇豪智選假日酒店，以及取得暫定鉑金級
別的前元朗邨項目及香港科學園第三期，
