• Encourage widespread adoption of

reporting and benchmarking – by

introducing clauses that facilitate (or

mandate) reporting and benchmarking

and also by providing guidance on the

process through the accompanying

technical guidelines. The current

“Template 1 on Additional Information

to Executive Summary of Energy Audit

Report”, which is devised with reference

to EAC clause 7.4.1 on evaluation

and appraisal of energy consuming

equipment/system, shall be made

compulsory;

• Introduce clauses that drive (or mandate)

retro-commissioning; and

• Environmental Set-point – room

temperature, lux level, fresh-air

• Sensor controls
