The Hong Kong Green Building Council Limited (HKGBC) held “HK3030 – Market Drivers towards Sustainable Built Environment Policy Forum” at Kowloonbay International Trade & Exhibition Centre (KITEC) and announced the result of a study entitled “Research on Market Drivers for Transformation of Green Buildings in Hong Kong”.

The Policy and Research Committee of the HKGBC has recently engaged Ove Arup & Partners Hong Kong Ltd. as our consultant to conduct a project, titled “Research on Market Drivers for Transformation of Green Buildings” that proposed a set of policies for the success of HK3030, a campaign that aims for a reduction of 30% of building electricity consumption by 2030, as compared to the level of 2005.
