Stakeholder Engagement Consultation Forum for HKGBC Policy Recommendations for Transformation of Green Buildings in Hong Kong and HK3030 Campaign

The Policy and Research Committee of the HKGBC has recently engaged Ove Arup & Partners Hong Kong Ltd. as our consultant to conduct a project, titled “Research on Market Drivers for Transformation of Green Buildings” that proposed a set of policies for the success of HK3030, a campaign that aims for a reduction of 30% of building electricity consumption by 2030, as compared to the level of 2005.

 

We are now inviting stakeholders to participate in the stakeholder engagement consultation forum to provide input and comments for the key factors of regulatory and incentive policy that will govern building electricity consumption in Hong Kong and promote efficient energy use in buildings. Please find the arrangement of the Stakeholder Engagement Consultation Forum as follows for your consideration:  

 

Date    :           20 February 2014 (Thursday)

Time   :           2:30pm to 5:30pm (Reception will be opened at 2:00pm)

Venue :           BEC Auditorium, G/F, Jockey Club Environmental Building,

77 Tat Chee Avenue, Kowloon Tong, Hong Kong

Remarks:       2 Mandatory CPD Hours will be provided for BEAM Professionals who attend this stakeholder engagement consultation forum.
