Hysan Place 希慎廣場
Hysan Place is a successful green building project that
demonstrates comprehensive use of green building strategies
in a giant commercial building to achieve high energy efficiency
and low carbon emission in the urban environment. There are a
number of highlights in this project. Air Ventilation Assessment
(AVA) was carried out to determine the potential of natural
ventilation. The specially designed curtain wall system with
automatic operable windows effectively facilitates natural
ventilation. The windows and shading devices are designed
to allow natural lighting. The building is also designed to have
large accessible green roof areas. Overall, Hysan Place is well
equipped with effective green building features. This project won
the Green Building Merit Award.
希慎廣場作為一個成功的環保建築項目，展示出一個全面
的綠色建築策略。希慎廣場雖然是一棟巨型的商業大廈，
但仍然能成功地創造一個高能源效益，低排碳的環境。這
個項目有幾個設計重點，包括採用了空氣流通評估準則來
測試自然空氣對流的可能性，特別設計的幕墙系统連自動
操作窗戶促進了自然通風系統的運作，而且窗戶和遮光裝
置更可引入大量的自然光。此外，此項目團隊也特別設計
了一個大型並且可達度高的綠色平台。整體而言，希慎廣
場配備了完善的綠色建築元素，絕對值得獲取此環保建築
優異獎。
Large Scale Residential and Commercial Development at Lok
Wo Sha, Ma On Shan, Hong Kong – Double Cove 迎海
Tremendous design and technological efforts are given to
provide local people with a large quantity of quality housing with
commercial facilities after a minute and comprehensive analysis
of the given site. The outcomes are appropriately reflected on
the design of its landscape to every housing unit. Such a design
methodology can be a relevant model of an extremely high
density urban setting like Hong Kong.
為了給予居民大量而又優質的房屋連商業用地，在規劃設
計及科技應用上，作出了很大的努力。對於落禾沙也作出
了全面的分析。團隊努力的成果正正反映在每一個住宅單
位的園景設計上。這樣的設計對於極之高密度的城市，例
如香港，絕對是一個非常恰當的參考模型。
Sludge Treatment Facilities 污泥處理設施
A variety of symbolic and iconic green solutions are
enthusiastically adopted to an usually unfavorable treatment
plant complex of a large scale, associated with appropriate well-
being spaces for the residents to enhance their QOL. Such a
green design initiative is expected to be further disseminated to
similar public facilities, instead of isolating or hiding them.
透過積極地採用一系列具有代表性及標誌性的環保方法
，替代了一向不被接納的大型綜合廢物處理設備，同時也
為提升居民的高質素生活提供了安康舒適的空間。這樣的
綠色設計預計會進一步被其他類似的公共設施採用，而不
會把它們孤立或隱藏起來。
