吳永順太平紳士，香港建築師學會資深會員，註冊建築師，亞太經合組織建築師

It is my great pleasure to have joined the jury panel to adjudicate on the

submissions of the “New Buildings – Completed Projects (Institutional

Building)” and “Existing Buildings Category – Completed Projects

(Institutional Building)” this year.

To produce a new building or revitalise an existing building, both require

“Quality, Resources, Sustainability and Innovation” to reach the criteria of

Green Building Award as well as total commitment and tireless effort from

each member of the project team.

I would like to congratulate the awardwinners this year for their achievements

and express my sincere appreciation of their contributions towards a “Green

Lifestyle” in Hong Kong.

本人很榮幸作為評審團成員之一，參與評審本年度的「新建建築 - 已落成

項目（公用建築）」及「既有建築 - 已落成項目（公用建築）」參賽項目。

興建新建築和活化現有建築，兩者均要求「質量、資源、可持續性及創新

性」達到環保建築大獎標準及承諾，同時也需要項目團隊中每一位成員孜

孜不倦的努力。

本人在此恭賀榮獲本年度的獲獎人員並衷心感謝他們為香港“綠色生活方

式”作出貢獻。

On behalf of The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers, I would like to

convey my warmest congratulations to the Green Building Award 2016

Organising Committee and the awardees on the occasion of the Award

Presentation Ceremony.

Since the establishment of the Award in 2006, it has been a significant

recognition for building-related projects, and organisations who have

achieved outstanding performances in contributing to green building

sustainability. I am delighted to note the immense responses received for

this prestigious award, which shows the clear commitment and endeavours

made by the building industry and professionals to developing a greener

Hong Kong and a better living environment for the community.

Once again, I would like to express my heartiest appreciation to all the

awardees for their accomplishments and I wish the Award Presentation

Ceremony a great success.

本人謹代表香港工程師學會，向環保建築大獎 2016 籌備委員會與各得獎

者致以衷心祝賀。

成立於 2006 年，環保建築大獎旨在表揚對可持續發展及建築環境有出色

表現及貢獻的建築項目及機構，對建造業界及相關行業的一項重要肯定。

今屆大獎得到業界及專業人士的踴躍支持，實在令人鼓舞。這表現了業界

對綠化香港以及致力為建設一個更美好的社區環境作出的承諾和貢獻。

本人希望藉此機會恭賀所有得獎者，並祝願是次頒獎典禮成功舉行。
