HKGBW 2013 - Mini LegCo & Youth Forum (14 Sep 2013)
The Mini LegCo & Youth Forum was held on 14 September 2013. There were 55 secondary school students gathered at the Legislative Council Complex to discuss issues a mock debate motion, which was whether the Government should tighten the requirements for the gross floor area (GFA) concession for new developments, in a bid to further push Hong Kong’s green building environment.
