Public Sector Ex-Yuen Long Estate
Projects
Located at the north of Yuen Long Town Centre, Embracing a caring attitude to foster
the public rental housing development at the social and environmental sustainability,
reduced site of the Ex-Yuen Long Estate will the project’s low-carbon building design
provide 438 flats in 2016 for approximately aims to create a green, cost effective and
1,200 people in two domestic blocks. The healthy living environment in a small and
small, elongated site is about 0.43 hectare, compact development. It is an exemplary
