Heat pump water heaters use electricity to move heat
from one place to another instead of generating heat
directly which work like a refrigerator but in reverse.
Heat Shield Roof Coating A coating applied to the roof surface that can reflect
portion of solar radiant heat back to atmosphere hence
decreasing heat gain to the space below.

The air quality within buildings and structures, especially
as it relates to the health and comfort of building
occupants.
Interior Lighting Quality The adequacy of visual comfort conditions achieved by
the electric lighting provisions.

authorised plumbing work connected with the supply of
water to domestic, commercial and industrial buildings.
Natural Ventilation Design Building design that utilise the natural breeze to provide
ventilation to the indoor space without using mechanical
systems.
On-Site Meal Portioning Green lunch arrangements in school that use reusable
food containers and cutlery and portion out food in a
flexible manner on-site to avoid serving excessive food
to students hence reducing food waste.
