In order to create a green city and in turn a greener Kwun
Tong by organizing various eco-friendly events. Launched in
2009, the ‘Green Label Scheme’ is one of our key efforts to
raise eco-awareness among tenants.
Widely supported by tenants, the ‘Green Label Scheme’ has
achieved remarkable results.
Tenants and the community at large at Millennium City and
encouraged to participate actively in environmental policy
making.
Eco-education is further promoted through the set up of
a green zone that supports organic farming t our building-
Millennium City. Tenants and students are invited to visit and
learn more about the plants.
為實現綠色觀塘的夢想，啓勝管理服務有限公司轄下管理的
創紀之城一直積極推行各項環保活動，鼓勵租戶共同建立「
環保之城」。
創紀之城於二零零九年推行「綠色標誌」計劃，如減廢及節
約用電等，以提高租戶對環境保護的意識，卓越成就獲業界
認同。
創紀之城「綠色標誌」計劃獲得租戶支持，環保成效顯著。
由租戶至社區，創紀之城不斷鼓勵各伙伴積極參與環保政
策，共建綠色社區。
為進一步推廣綠色生活的教育，創紀之城建設了一個綠色
地帶，當中包括有機耕種。我們更邀請租戶及學生參與及參
觀，加深他們對綠色植物的了解。
