The 5S of Beijing Xingdebao 5S Shop project stands for Sales,
Services, Spare parts, Survey and Sustainability. In view of
the concept of Sustainability and BMW’s vision to confront
and promote sustainable, healthy, environmental and social
responsive urban life, a variety of design strategies in using
different types of clean and renewable energy are adopted for
the project. The project strikes a balance among the three key
sustainability elements: “social, economical and environmental
responsibility”. The project team focuses on adaptation, low
resource consumption, environmental friendly and social
harmony aspects in order to generate cost effective sustainable
design solutions and leading to the success of the ultimate
achievement of LEED Gold certification.
The design of building envelope, mechanical and electrical
system, etc. are based on the sustainability design framework
of the “Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design
(LEED)” system. Various sustainability concepts under different
sustainability aspects, including Sustainable Site, Water
Efficient, Energy & Atmosphere, Materials & Resources, Indoor
Environmental Quality and Innovation Design, are adopted.
北京星德寶寶馬5S店項目所指的5S代表銷售、服務、零件，
諮詢和可持續發展。寶馬的願景與可持續發展概念都以促進
可持續設計、健康、環境和社會責任為依歸，促使北京星德
寶寶馬5S店在設計上使用不同類型的潔淨和可再生能源策
略。本項目從“社會、經濟和環境責任”三個要素之間取得
平衡。整個項目團隊採取低資源消耗，保育環境和社會和諧
等重點考慮，同時符合成本效益的可持續設計解決方案，以
取得LEED金獎認證。
建築物的維護結構，機械系統，電力系統等設計是基於可持
續發展的框架“能源和環保設計認證（LEED）”。可持續發
展的概念貫穿了整個專案，包括可持續發展的場地選用，用
水效率，能源與大氣，材料與資源，室內環境品質以及創新
設計六大項。
