Parkview Green FangCaoDi is a LEED-CS Platinum pre-
certified mixed-use development with grade A office space, a
six-star hotel and retail facilities. It is four buildings encased
in an envelope that creates an easily controlled micro-climate
and keeps energy bills at a minimum over the development’s
lifecycle.
The prime objectives of the design is to create a new
benchmark for a technologically advanced building that engages
in providing energy efficient solutions to the developer, and
furthermore, to the visitors and occupiers of the building. This
objective extends to encourage energy conservation awareness
with those who interact with the development.
Key passive and active green features being adopted in this
development include an environmental envelope, earth pre-
cooling system introduce air underground before entering
the interior, chilled ceiling radiant cooling, and under-floor
air-conditioning. These well-orchestrated passive and active
systems significantly reduce cooling and heating energy. Grey
and storm water recycling system are being used for water
conservation purpose.
The different building elements such as the glass roofs and
walls are designed in a manner to provide movements among
the contact points and adjoining sections. This will allow the
seismic shocks to be absorbed as well as transferred from one
structural component to another.

證。Parkview Green芳草地由四座塔樓組成，包括甲級寫字
樓、六星級酒店和商業零售設施，全部包裹在金字塔外罩之
中，形成一個微氣候系統，室內環境自然溫和，減少能耗。
設計隊以嶄新科技將Parkview Green芳草地打造成為中國最綠
色環保的建築，為客戶、訪客和住戶帶來最大效益。
項目利用了多項綠色科技，包括環保外罩、地下通風管、輻射
冷卻及地下空調系統，大大減少了供熱和製冷的需求。污水及
雨水處理循環再用系統亦有助水資源管理。
Parkview Green芳草地的不同建築構件（如玻璃屋頂和牆壁
等）在固定時，於接點和鄰接面都留出了餘地。這種設計可吸
收地震震動，並將震動從一個構件傳導至另一個構件。
